Dane brings a dynamic background in real estate development, construction management, and hospitality to his role as a property manager. With over a decade of experience entitling and developing residential communities in the Denver, Dane has worked with major national homebuilders including KB Home, Taylor Morrison, Richmond American Homes, and Toll Brothers. His practical knowledge, combined with strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, allows him to effectively manage vendors, timelines, and budgets. Ensuring every project is completed to a high standard and on time. Prior to property management, Dane oversaw a 1,000-acre ranch in Golden, Colorado and spent nearly a decade working in high-end Japanese restaurants, where he earned certifications as a Sake Sommelier and Wine Sommelier, and developed a deep appreciation for Japanese whiskey.
