A proud product of Aspen, Colorado, Joseph brings an unparalleled level of discipline and technical expertise to our property management team. Following high school, he served in the United States Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic. In this high-stakes environment, he was responsible for the critical maintenance of the H60-Seahawk helicopter for a squadron supporting the Navy Seal Teams' training mission. This experience instilled expertise in detailed maintenance, complex problem-solving, and efficient project execution—skills that he now leverages daily while finding leaks, managing projects, and ensuring seamless operations. Beyond work, he actively shapes the next generation as the Head Coach of the Aspen Middle School 7th & 8th grade football teams, demonstrating his commitment to the local youth, sports, and the outdoors.
